During our initial walk-through of your home, we’ll take the time to discuss your preferences and priorities with you before your first cleaning. Housekeepers will arrive with your personalized service plan to ensure your all your needs are considered.
We aim to please. If for any reason you are not 100% completely satisfied, please call/message us within 24 hours at 850-739-5464 and we will do everything in our power to resolve your cleaning concerns.
Your loyalty is important to us and we are confident we will earn it but we would never lock you into a contract. Our clients are free to cancel service with us as soon as we are no longer a good fit.
For your protection and ours, we are insured.
Once your home has been professionally deep cleaned we "maintain" the cleanliness by returning every other week or even weekly. This includes everything listed in the cleaning checklist posted down below.
Deep cleans are detail oriented thorough top to bottom clean that focuses on removing all built-up dirt and grime to prepare a home for a maintenance clean.
Deep cleans take more time, require more product and take more effort as well as product knowledge.
This includes moving small furniture and "washing" baseboards, ceiling fans and doors as opposed to just dusting them.
