At one point or another, for whatever reason, one of us may need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call, text or email as soon as you know there is a conflict and we'll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. We will do the same. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning for any reason you may do so free of charge. If a second time you feel the need to reschedule, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
Payment is due at time of service. Payment through PayPal is secure and leaves an electronic accounting trail for your records. We can accept Zelle or Cash App as well with our username: localhomecleanhome@gmail.com. Cash and checks are also fine and can be left on the kitchen counter.
We're proud to be a pet-friendly company. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional house cleaners. If you don't plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.
While tips aren't expected, we're allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year. You can also leave a review on our website or Facebook page. We love hearing that our work is appreciated.
